2. This is the 3rd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court vide order dated 19.07.2023 and 03.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41287 of 2023 and Cr. Misc. No. 13239 of 2024 respectively.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 376(D)m 372, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

4. In the trial, all the witnesses have been examined.
