He has stated before us that on the lead having been provided, they have apprehended a person who claims to be the eye witness and another is to be put on polygraphic test and there is still a possibility that the culprit can be brought to the door of justice. In above situation, we are left with no option than to close this matter with a hope and trust that the matter would be brought to its logical conclusion within a reasonable time.
