JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 128 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, some miscreants snatched away mobile phone, Pan Card, ATM Card and Aadhar Card as well as key of the motorcycle from the informant. It appears that the F.I.R was lodged against unknown, later on name of petitioner surfaced on confession of co-accused. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that save and except confessional statement of co-accused, there is absolutely nothing against the petitioner and he has been in custody for about six months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.70717 of 2019(3) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 128 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.

The court below is directed to verify the address of the petitioner as well as the address of the bailors before releasing the petitioner on bail.
