2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No.139 of 2025 under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending before the court of S.D.J.M., Barh, Patna.

3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against the petitioner against whom there is allegation of recovery of one desi katta from his house.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession rather the said recovery has been made from un-constructed

5. Learned Counsel further submits that one negative aspect is that antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and there is four criminal cases pending against him.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that recovery has been made by the police from petitioner's house/room and his antecedent is also not clean.

7. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, therefore the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
