2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed seeking direction upon the respondents to grant graduate trained pay scale along with arrears of salary and consequential benefits of the post of Headmaster with retrospective effect.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15861 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/3 degree of Sahitya Alankar which is said to have been obtained by the petitioner has already been recognized and declared to be valid in terms of the Full Bench decision, as referred to in paragraph 13 of the writ petition and has further taken this Court to Annexure-P1, whereby a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already directed the respondent-authorities to consider the case of such petitioners, who are said to have obtained the degree of Sahitya Alankar from Hindi Vidyapeeth Deoghar and since the issues have already been given quietus by Hon'ble Full Bench. The authorities may be directed to take decision in terms of order dated 20.04.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14029 of 2010 (Raj Kumar Singh and Others v. The State of Bihar and Others) by referring to all such judgments passed by Hon'ble Division Bench including the judgment of Hon'ble Full Bench.

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the factual or legal position obtaining on record.

Considering the aforesaid facts, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 6, appending all supporting materials along with a copy of this order, the judgments relied upon by them and on submission of such representation, he shall be
