The petitioner has been in custody since 09.05.2018 in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 243 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and that the entire dispute is one of civil in nature as it relates to sale and purchase of property which can alone be determined upon leading evidence, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
