1. This is an application for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties who have violated the order dated 20.09.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3248 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is aggrieved by the demarcation, therefore, he may be given liberty to file an application before an appropriate authority challenging the demarcation.
