2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 452, 326, 354, 307, 302, 201, 120(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused Chandan Rai, Jitendra Rai, Nasib Rai and Nepali Rai @ Vikash @ Vikash Kumar Rai, carrying identical allegation to that of the petitioner, have already been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 02.11.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 18978 of 2020, order dated 09.11.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 29277 of 2020, order dated 08.09.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 60038 of 2023 and order dated 06.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70275 of 2025(3) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 34504 of 2024 (Annexure-2 series). Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-IV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with S.Tr. No. 397 of 2023, arising out of Raghopur (Rustampur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 126/2019.
