JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to paragraph no. 14 of the writ petition, has submitted that the petitioner has filed a memorial dated 10.01.2017 before the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna which is still pending, hence he prays for disposal of the same.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna to dispose of the memorial of the petitioner herein by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner herein. It is needless to state that the petitioner shall file a copy of the memorial within a period of two weeks from today before
