====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
Petitioners are in custody in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 775 of 2017 for offence under Sections 436, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that they set on fire their own house in which the informant was tenant.
It is submitted that the petitioners have been made accused in this case on suspicion and the FIR was registered by the informant for setting their house on fire. Considering the fact that the house which was set on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32881 of 2018(2) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 fire is the house of the petitioners and only on suspicion petitioners have been made accused in this case. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XV, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 775 of 2017.
