The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakari) P.S. Case No. 479 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. By order dated 22.07.2019, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. There is no new ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakari) P.S. Case No.479 of 2018

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75361 of 2019(3) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka is hereby rejected.
