JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kashichak (Shahpur O.P) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017 for the offenses under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the fact that the petitioner was accused in similar other case he has been roped in this case. Referring to the FIR counsel submits that in the instant case the petitioner was made accused without disclosing his parentage. The petitioner has remained in custody since 12.04.2018.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33025 of 2018(2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ II cum Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Kashichak (Sahpur O.P) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017.
