Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2),115(2), 117(2), 109, 352 of B.N.S. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that Umesh Singh assaulted him by an iron rod causing injury on head, further the accused persons also assaulted the informant and his brother with iron rod, khanti, etc. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

No.72535 of 2024(3) dt.22-03-2025 2/2 from perusal of allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the allegation against these petitioners is general and omnibus in nature and the injury suffered by the informant is simple in nature except one injury of the informant (Ambika), which has been opined to be grievous, but then the petitioners are not alleged to have assaulted Ambika.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.484 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023. (Satyavrat Verma, J) SUMIT/- U T
