The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was married with co-accused Tuntun Das and out of the wedlock, three children were born. It is alleged that daughter of informant was beaten to death by her husband and others and informant was informed on phone that his daughter is seriously ill. Thereafter, informant and his son reached at the matrimonial house of his daughter and found that accused were burning the dead-body of his daughter.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69144 of 2022(3) dt.03-04-2023 2/2 Petitioners are in-laws members of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners are living separately. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 622 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
