Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father of the husband of the victim of dowry death. The allegation is general and omnibus against all the inlawas. Husband is already in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of the investigation against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Semara Police Station Case No.33 of 2018, subject to the condition
