2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the I.P.C. was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner called co-accused Suraj Kumar and Disco Kumar, who assaulted the informant's husband. It is further alleged that when informant came to save her husband, this petitioner caught her hair and dashed her on the ground.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is not assailant of the deceased. Petitioner is only alleged to have called co-accused persons, who assaulted informant's husband, and is further alleged to have assaulted the informant. But, there is no injury report on record in support of the same. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is not assailant of the deceased and the fact that she is lady, having clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, Patna City (Patna) in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 629 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
