2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 471 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased who is alleged to have killed the deceased for dowry.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased has committed suicide. She was taken to hospital for treatment but could not be saved.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. From the post-mortem report, it appears that there

8. Considering the above, this application is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari/ concerned Court in connection with Sugauli P.S.
