The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 354B, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against these petitioners is that while the police party went to arrest Manoj Singh, they helped him to escape and resisted the police and also used abusive language to the members of the police party.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place.

The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. The entire allegation made against these petitioners are malicious and eye opening that how the police is working in a welfare State. Petitioners are unmarried daughters of Manoj Singh.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection witth Muffasil (Lakho O.P.) P.S. Case No.426 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
