2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(b), 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3 and 4 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(i),r of SC/ST Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is said to have molested the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence and petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-7th-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 342 of 2022.
