2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on 03.03.2025 at 8:30 P.M., three named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant with danda, iron rod, bricks and stone etc.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Injury, allegedly caused by this petitioner is simple in nature. Petitioner has to two criminal antecedents in which he is on bail. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 93 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) AjayMishra/- U T
