The petitioner has been in custody since 06.06.2016 in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No.114 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner has been roped in, in connection with the present case.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36774 of 2018 (2) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 It is, accordingly, rejected.
The trial Court is however, directed to expedite the trial within a period of six months so that the case may reach its logical conclusion.
