JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 75 of 2018, arising out of Powakhali P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018, for the offence under Section 272 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2018. He further submits that co-accused, namely, Waheed @ Sajeed @ A. Waheed, has been granted bail vide order dated 10.05.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 28962 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
