Petitioner is accused in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 428 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st
