1. Heard both the parties.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2022, dated 30.01.2022, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation and that specific allegation of using firearm as against the petitioner and there being a gun shot injury, as per the medical report, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
