2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner are said to have assaulted the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has misused the privilege of bail granted earlier. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in jail since 06.07.2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. 1st Barh, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 280 of 2006 subject to condition that:- 7(i) Petitioner will give an undertaking in the court below that he will co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented through himself or his lawyer on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
