Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No.107/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is recovery from the houses of the co-accused persons and as per the FIR, petitioner and other accused persons were supplying the liquor.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement of the co-accused, there is absolutely nothing against him and he has no criminal antecedent.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.64748 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge II, Begusarai cum Special Judge, Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No.107 of 2019 dated 29.7.2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
