1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to SC-25 for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant writ application has been filed seeking a direction upon the Additional Collector, Aurangabad (respondent no. 3) to

Patna High Court CWJC No.17215 of 2023(2) dt.21-11-2024 2/2 conclude Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 69 of 2022-23 within a time frame.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the writ application may be disposed of with a direction to the Additional Collector to conclude Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 69 of 2022-23 within a time frame.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Collector, Aurangabd to conclude Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 69 of 2022-23 within a period of three months in accordance with law from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
