Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 435, 353, 332, 333, 379, 427, 504, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was identified among the mob which had blocked the road traffic due to accidental death of a child.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation and the statement of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36193 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nabinagar Police Station Case No.47 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
