The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 680 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been appointed on the post of Supervisor on 06.06.2014 and the alleged embezzlement has been made prior to the appointment of the petitioner, therefore, no case of embezzlement is made out against the petitioner, this fact is
