2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2023 in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 206/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/120(B)/363/ 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his daughter.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused who are non other but the wife of the petitioner has been granted bail vide order dated 14.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22397 of 2023.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons mentioned in the order dated 14.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22397 of 2023, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge X, Madhubani or his/her successor in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 206/2022.
