In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In the present case, an allegation has been made that the petitioner and others have surrounded the Scorpio vehicle, Arbind Paswan and Arbind Mahto resorted to firing, whereupon, the victim died.

The Informant identified the present petitioner and others to be involved in the commission of the alleged offence. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36426 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
