The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2018 in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 21, 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that 3 grams of heroin were recovered from his possession, which is much less than small quantity. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
