SONI SHRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 494 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The prosecution case is based upon the complaint petition in which allegation of demand of dowry and torture has been made. The petitioner is the husband.

4. By order dated 22.03.2025, the matter had been sent to the Patna High Court Mediation Center for an amicable settlement of the dispute. The learned Mediator has submitted its report dated 17.06.2025, which discloses that the issues have been resolved by way of Memorandum

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72331 of 2024(4) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 of Agreement dated 17.06.2025 passed in Mediation Proceeding No.375 of 2025, duly signed by both the parties and they have agreed to stay with each other and lead a peaceful conjugal life.

5. The learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 supports the fact that good relations have been restored between them.

In such view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.150 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. It is expected that both the parties would abide by the terms agreed between them.

8. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
