The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018 registered under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in this case. From perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35335 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-VI-cum-Special Judge, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
