The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.02.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6040 of 2019, by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 243 of 2010, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Aurangabad (Bihar).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the top of the order dated 04.02.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6040 of 2019, father's name of the petitioner should be read as 'Salik Yadav @ Shaligram Yadav' in place of 'Salik Yadav'.

Misc. No. 6040 of 2019, let father's name of the petitioner be read as 'Salik Yadav @ Shaligram Yadav' in place of 'Salik Yadav'. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same.

The order dated 04.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6040 of 2019, is modified to the extent as indicated above. Let this order be communicated to the learned court below through e-mail.
