Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation dated 17.10.2024 before the Additional Collector, Patna with regard to creation of bogus mutation over land pertaining to Khata No.-80, Plot No.-362 for an area of 81.1 decimal, Mauza- Nasirpur Tajpur, District-Patna which requires expeditious disposal.

7. Learned counsel for the respondent-State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

8. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances, Additional Collector, Patna is directed to dispose of the said representation dated 17.10.2024 expeditiously in accordance with law including

Patna High Court CWJC No.15875 of 2024(2) dt.24-10-2024 3/3 hearing necessary parties and petitioner shall co-operate the concerned authority in this regard.

9. With aforesaid direction and observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
