The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) of the IPC. Vide order dated 12.04.2022, matter was referred to the Mediation Centre by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. In that light, a Mediation report is kept at Flag 'Q', in which it is stated that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation, the terms of settlement agreed upon by them is enclosed with the report. Considering the settlement arrived at by the parties, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of
