JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhargama P.S.Case No. 26 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 324, 337, 338, 341,379, 436, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code.

Earlier prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 21.09.2017 with an observation to renew prayer of bail after nine months. Now, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer of bail was rejected on 21.09.2017 so more than nine months already have passed .

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Md. Abujar @ Abujar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
