The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 162 of 2019, dated 27.05.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. However, his implication in this case is only on the basis of confession of an accused person.

No.74131 of 2019(6) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 However, looking at the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, though he has been granted bail in all those cases listed in paragraph 3 of this application, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is, accordingly, rejected.

However, if he surrenders before the Court below and seeks bail, the Court below, after looking into the entire facts of the case, shall pass order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that the present anticipatory bail application has not been entertained by this Court.

The application stands dismissed.
