The present application has been preferred for issuance of appropriate Writ or Writs, order or orders and particularly writ in the nature of mandamus by which giving direction to the respondent no. 2 and 6 that the Panchayat Bhawan may be Constructed where the carlier fix the place, otherwise now at present it has been fixed in other places where place is Cover with him which not proper for the Public.

3. Where the Panchayat is to be constructed, it is for the respondent to decide. The petitioner if so want can very well approach the respondents but ultimate decision has to be taken

Patna High Court CWJC No.15413 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 by the District Administration. The Court will be last one to decide such matters.

4. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be seeking appropriate remedy.
