2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 296 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 13 years. During course of search, she came to know that FIR named accused persons, kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73238 of 2023(3) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 that the allegation of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant is not against the petitioners rather it is against coaccused Kurvan, who is son of petitioner nos. 1and 2 and brother of petitioner no. 3. They have falsely been implicated in this case merely because they are the family members of the prime accused. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 296 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
