The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 253 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 365, 366, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having kidnapped the victim girl and the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has been recorded wherein she had not disclosed the name of the petitioner, however, she had named one Rupesh, as the person responsible for the alleged incident. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is an old person and is languishing in custody since 30.10.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the
