1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments realizing his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no. 3, Vishal Kumar Patel @ Visal Kumar Patel @ Manu.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 384, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is a person with clean antecedent and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 have antecedent of one case. It is next submitted that

No.72096 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that no specific allegation is alleged against the petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no. 2 is alleged to be an order giver based on which Vishal is alleged to have assaulted the informant by knife and snatched Rs. 3 Lakhs. It is next submitted that it is easy to implicate someone by alleging that he was an order giver. It is further submitted that there is dispute relating to passage in between the petitioner and the informant.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Manjagarh P.S. Case No. 142 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
