Petitioner is in custody in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 598 of 2017 for the offence under sections 30/32 of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been apprehended in this case on 2.2.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than four months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and
