The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 303 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding accused persons having entered into the house of the informant and having assaulted informant and his family members as well as looted articles from the house of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Accused persons and his name have transpired in the present case in the confessional statement of accused, Dinesh Chaudhary. It is further submitted that the said Dinesh Chaudhary has already been granted bail by this Court by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32058 of 2018 (2) dt.24-05-2018 2/2 an order dated 08.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21455 of 2017. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.02.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S.
