2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103, 80 and 61 (2) of the BNS, 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the informant was married in the year 2017 to one Kunal Kumar. It is alleged that she was subjected to cruelty by her inlaws on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is further alleged that on 09.10-.2024 all the in-laws of the deceased including the present petitioner, killed her. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69704 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is brother-n-law (Devar) of the deceased. The main thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased, who is already in judicial custody. It is further submitted that the allegation leveled against the petitioner is general and omnibus. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no role in the alleged occurrence and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 18.07.2025 having no criminal antecedent. 5.

Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 765 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Danapur.
