Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in his written complaint has alleged that on 21.06.2019 at 8:00 AM his son namely, Rakesh Kumar who is librarian in High School was going on a motorcycle and when he reached near the house of petitioner (Jitendera Mahto) where Jitendra Mahto and his children were taking bath, suddenly one of the children came in front of his motorcycle, on which some altercation took place between them and petitioner assaulted his son by a bucket on his eye, as a result he became unconscious

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63678 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 and blood started oozing from his eyes.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the nature of allegation against petitioner and grievous injury sustained by victim, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly bail application of the petitioner is dismissed. (S. Kumar, J) veena/- U T
