Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by another Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 26.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20513 of 2018 (Annexure-2).

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
