That the petitioners seek the following reliefs:- (i) for an appropriate writ/order/direction, commanding the respondents to implement the decision contained in the letter dated 14.12.2020 (Annexurel) within a time frame, be issued;

(ii) in the alternative a

Patna High Court CWJC No.17094 of 2022(4) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 writ/order or directing directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioners representations (Annexure2,3 and 4) within a time frame,be issued.

A counter-affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 8 is on record and as per paragraph 12, it has been stated that the petitioner failed to provide written proposal regarding deposit of the safeguard and in that backdrop, decision could not be taken. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he will be providing all the details/proposals within four weeks from today.

If such details/proposals are provided, the respondent no. 8 shall take the same to its logical conclusion within a period of next three months.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
