JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 35037 of 2019, by which, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was conditionally allowed with condition to the petitioner to surrender before the court below by 05.09.2019. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner fell ill, due to that, he could not surrender within the time allowed by this Court and for that he is annexing a certificate issued by Sadar Hospital.

Having heard both sides, from the perusal of the certificate, it appears that there is overwriting in the date and as such, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed
